Acquaintance Party 2013

Second week of school and it's already our acquaintance party. I like this day actually, it's like a picnic with friends. We bring foods and share it to everybody. I brought doughnut, which is the same thing that I've been bringing for the past 4 years.

OOTD? You see, I'm studying in a Catholic school so if we have events that require wearing civilian attire, they make sure that we wear formal (if-you-can-wear-a-blanket-to-cover-your-whole-self-then-do-it kind of formal) and simple clothes (but a lot of students were wearing high heels lol). 

I super adore this mango tart. I finished 5 of it.

I'm gonna miss this place when I graduate

I'm a fourth year student now which means I'm graduating next year. To my fellow students out there, make sure you live your life to the fullest now. Do things that will make you happy! Because how can you be mature if you were not able to undergo many things in life? (I suck at giving advice)

While walking yesterday, I made a sudden epiphany/realization - Do you still remember your first day in elementary/high school? The first persons to approach you? Your childhood best friends? And now, look at yourself. Those things happened so fast, don't you think? If your answer is yes, congratulations. Time flies when you're happy, which means during all those years, you were happy. Pat your shoulder, you deserve to be happy. If your answer is no, smile. You also deserve to be happy. Someone out there is praying for your happiness. Make that person's wish come true by doing things that makes you happy. 

Smile! All of us deserves to be happy :) 

Fiesta

Last June 12 was our city's fiesta which was held at our city's park/plaza. I was hesitating to go at first because it's pretty super crowded in there, plus, if I meet someone I know, I still have to greet them which is a very very hard thing to do for an anti-social like me. I went with my aunt and while walking, I saw my friends. 

My aunt saw her friends and went with them so I went with these crazy people. We roamed around and ate a lot of foods!

We also saw a lot of vendors selling balloons and I was telling my friends to buy me one because it was too cute but nobody even bothered to look at me while I was talking

They were waiting for me while I was buying my drink, so I think they deserve a picture.

See how crowded the place is? I can't even believe I went here. I've been living in the province for 5 years and this is my first time coming, actually.

There were around 3 mini-stages like this in the middle of the highway (The road was closed okay) It was a rare sight, actually. My friends told me that it was the first time they put up stages like these for a festival.

They told us that there will be a firework show at around 7pm so we waited and waited until -

I was too busy watching that I forgot to take a picture of the last set of fireworks which were pretty awesome that I start to restore my faith in our city government again. I used to see their fireworks in the window of my room and I can say that this is their best firework show so far.
